  Awaken and turn on the water heater. An hour later, no hot water. My husband checks the panel outside to find the boards, wires and fuse showed evidence of a small fire.
  It’s a holiday weekend, so we were not optimistic of finding someone who could help us. We were certainly wrong. Called Wagner RV Services and Dave answered the phone early on a Saturday morning. Very professional and reassuring, said he would have a crew to us by 1:00pm. Yes!
  Dave called to say his crew was on the way 2 1/2 hours ahead of schedule. The two gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and willing to inform my husband of the damage details. Pricing was very fair.
  Dave later called to follow up with us regarding our service call.
  Definitely recommend Wagner RV Services and would not hesitate to call him if in need again.
